Ginger, how I love you! This is one of my favourite photos of Ginger, and one of my favourite photos of all time. It's just perfect in so many ways. She looks lovely and relaxed and...just wonderful! :')
Ginger was always comfortable at a counter, here's why:
I just found out from her autobiography that as a practicing Christian Scientist she never drank alcohol, but she did have one vice; ice cream! To feed her wicked ways, she had a fully functioning ice cream parlor installed in her house complete with counter, stools, tables and chairs! She used it when entertaining and any ol' time she wanted to hop behind the counter and fix herself a coke float.
